For the little ones
Free of charge our guests can request a wooden cot and dining chair for their babies.
100 m from the accommodation there is a playground with a trampoline, climbing frames and the possibility of riding a bike, scooters and skates. We leave lazy tennis and balls in the shed for our guests.

Outdoor facilities, garden
The accommodation includes a large outdoor garden with a pergola, where you will find a kitchen with drinking water, utensils and outdoor barbecue facilities.
We have a lockable shed for guests who need to store their bikes, buggies, cross-country skis or skis.
The company rohlík.cz also delivers food to our location, so it is possible to order a delivery. There is a small family run shop right in the village, open Monday to Sunday, where you can buy everything you need.

Hiking
There are so many beautiful places to visit that you will have plenty of choice. They are often within walking distance of accommodation within 4 to 6 km, e.g. Suché Skály, Besedické Skály, Klokočí, Malá Skála.
Since 2023, our village can be proud of its beautiful new lookout tower Hamštejn, which is located 2.2 km from our accommodation and offers a breathtaking view of the whole region. Its height is 572.5 m above sea level. There is also the Kozákov tower in sight, which is a popular destination for enthusiastic cyclists and can be easily reached by car. If you look carefully at the gravel on the ground, you will have the chance to take home some gemstones, of which there are countless in the area.
There is also a possibility to order a kayak or raft and go down the Jizera River towards Turnov.
For our guests, we have a folder with tips for trips on each apartment, including a QR link to the maps on how to get there. You will also find recommendations for restaurants, bistros and patisseries that we have tried.

Cyclists are warmly welcomed here. My husband and I are passionate road and mountain bikers. We are happy to recommend routes for both types of cycling of different lengths and difficulties. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable shed and there are several charging power sockets for the increasingly common electric bikes.
Winter sports
You can also enjoy winter sports such as cross-country skiing or skiing. If there is enough snow, 12 km from us there is the sports complex Zásada with a ski lift and regularly maintained cross-country skiing circuits for both classic and skating. The Hamštejn ski lift operates directly in Koberovy in ideal conditions. Within a 30-minute drive you will find a large ski area Ještěd, Javorník, Vysoké nad Jizerou. Finally, 45 minutes from the accommodation you will find the giant resort Rokytnice nad Jizerou with one of the longest ski slopes in the Czech Republic.
For cross-country skiers it is possible to reach Jizerka/Bedřichov, all within 40 minutes by car.
In Turnov, you will find the Maškova zahrada area, where there is an indoor ice skating rink and the possibility of renting ice skates.

Pets
We love animals very much, so our guests can bring their dogs and not only those. Our accommodation has already been enjoyed by guests with turtles, parrots, rabbits, guinea pigs, snails and hedgehogs.
- If you are bringing a dog, we would like to ask a few things:
- If you will be walking your dog in the garden, please keep it on a lead. We have a cat and there has been an attack by another dog in the past.
- Please do not let your dog sleep in the bed or on a chair. We want to provide maximum comfort for our guests and pets should sleep in a pet bed.
- Please do not leave your dogs alone in the apartment. They might howl, bark, jump on the walls or doors and suffer from loneliness in a strange environment.
- The extra charge per dog is CZK 500 or EUR 25 per stay and is payable locally. We transfer 50% of this amount as a donation to the organization Pet Heroes (www.petheroes.cz), which takes care of sick, injured and elderly pets that can no longer be adopted. Thank you for helping us. In the case of other pets, we leave the donation up to the guest and it is voluntary, we then give the entire amount to the above organization.
Waste sorting
We sort waste as a matter of course. Our guests have bins for plastic, paper, mixed waste, metal, glass and bio-waste.
Summer sports and activities
There are many swimming possibilities near our accommodation. You can go to Malá Skála, where you can refresh yourself in the Jizera River. There is also a pleasant summer swimming pool in Železný Brod (only 3 km from the accommodation). Four years ago, the large summer swimming pool Maškova Zahrada with attractions was opened in Turnov. Half an hour from us you will find Aquapark Babylon, where besides water attractions and swimming pools there is also wellness.
You can rent a boat or rafts directly at Malá Skála and take a day trip on the Jizera River from Malá Skála to Turnov. You can return by train from Dolánky near Turnov or rent a scooter in Dolánky and take the cycle path back to Malé Skála.
In Semily (12 km from the accommodation) there is space for a small adventure – via ferrata Vodní Brána, difficulty A, B with C sections.
